League Two champions Walsall have secured the signing of former Northern Ireland international Danny Sonner. The 35-year-old returns for a second spell after turning down the offer of a new contract with Port Vale.
The midfielder spent the 2002/03 season at Walsall, as well as playing at Birmingham, Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Clayton Ince has signed a new two-year deal and Ian Roper is committed for another year.
