Kevin Cooper has impressed during his four games for Walsall |
League Two title-chasers Walsall have extended the loan signing of Cardiff City midfielder Kevin Cooper. Cooper, 32, originally joined on a month's deal but has impressed during his four games for the club, playing his part in two wins and two draws.
However, there is a 24-hour recall clause included in the deal should the Welsh club require Cooper back to boost their Championship promotion chase.
Cooper has been a bit-part player for Cardiff this season because of injury.
Cooper had a four-game spell at Yeovil Town earlier this season.
He featured in the Bluebirds side in December and January, but has since fallen down the pecking order at the Championship club.
