Tranmere manager Les Parry plans to sign two players
Parry's side have been beaten in their last three games in all competitions
Tranmere manager Les Parry says he has money in his budget to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window.
The Rovers boss has made it his priority to add a goalkeeper and a midfielder to the ranks.
"I've still got money in the budget for a goalkeeper for the second half of the season," said Parry.
"There's also money after Paul McLaren left the club, so we will be bringing players in during the new year, but that is all we've got to spend."
Current Tranmere keeper Gunnar Nielsen will return to Manchester City when his loan deal ends in January and Parry says he is weighing up his options in goal.
He is also mindful of the type of player he can afford, which he says makes the search for new players a lot easier.
"It's not difficult at all to be honest," added Parry. "You know what you've got and you know the cost of player you're looking to bringing in.
"If we had a million pounds, we'd be looking at the next level of player. You know the type of money you're able to pay, and anybody outside of that, it's a straight 'no'."
