Tranmere manager Ronnie Moore has made John Mullin his third signing since taking over at Prenton Park. The midfielder has agreed a two-year deal after deciding to end a near five-year stay at Rotherham.
The 30-year-old was signed by Moore at Rotherham and opted to rejoin his former manager rather than accept a deal from Blackpool.
"Hopefully he will get goals for us as we're looking to be an attacking side," Moore told Tranmere's website.
