Tranmere's Jason Price has joined Peter Taylor's Hull City after turning down a contract to remain at Prenton Park. The winger was offered a new deal by Rovers boss Ray Mathias but rejected the terms, and Taylor moved quickly to snap up the 26-year-old.
Price is one of several players the Tigers manager has brought in to bolster his squad ahead of next season's Division Three promotion push.
"It's going to be the hardest challenge I have faced because there's a lot of expectation at the club," he told BBC Radio Humberside.
"Expectations are really high from our fans, our players, and all of the management.
"But I can handle it. Pressure is not a problem for me."
Price moved to Prenton Park from Brentford on a free transfer in 2001.
