Ghaly upset Spurs fans by throwing off his shirt |
Spurs boss Martin Jol says he will deal with Hossam Ghaly internally after the Egyptian's show of indiscipline. Ghaly is expected back in training on Friday after throwing his shirt to the ground when substituted in Tottenham's 1-1 draw with Blackburn on Thursday.
Jol said: "We always deal with this sort of thing.
"We have certain rules and arrangements, whether it is Dimitar Berbatov, Robbie Keane or Jermain Defoe or Hossam Ghaly."
 | It was out of character because he is a very good boy |
Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe earned them a 1-1 draw that means they only need a point to secure a Uefa Cup place.
Ghaly, 25, was brought on in the first half after an injury to Steed Malbranque, but lasted just 31 minutes before Robbie Keane replaced him as Spurs chased an equaliser.
Ghaly threw his shirt on the ground in front of Jol, who turned around as he headed straight down the tunnel.
Jol confirmed Ghaly was not in the dressing room after the final whistle.

Ghaly's reaction left the home fans raging at White Hart Lane.
Jol added: "The fans are entitled to do that. It was out of character because he is a very good boy, he's always disciplined and every time he was involved he did well but you couldn't say he did well this time."
