Tottenham have agreed a deal with QPR's England Under-16 international Dean Parrett, who will join the Premiership club on a student registration. The 15-year-old midfielder will join as a full-time scholar in July 2008 in a deal reported to be worth up to �2m.
Spurs sporting director Damien Comolli said: "Dean is exactly the kind of player we want to attract to our club.
"He is an extremely talented young player who has that rare combination of pace, aggression and creativity."
