South Korean left-back Lee Young-Pyo is reported to have agreed a move to Tottenham from PSV Eindhoven. The Dutch club are keen to keep the 28-year-old but he has only a year left on his current contract and has failed to agree a new deal.
Lee is thought to have a clause in contract allowing him to leave for �1.4m, although that could rise to �2m.
Bolton have also been linked with Lee, who impressed for South Korea when they reached the 2002 World Cup semi-finals.
