Torquay United have extended midfielder Joe Oastler's loan spell from Championship side QPR until 22 January.
The 20-year-old has been on a month-long loan at Plainmoor and the extension includes a 48-hour recall.
"Joe has been outstanding in his time with us so far. I'm delighted we have him for another spell," Gulls boss Paul Buckle told the club website.
Oastler came through the ranks at Portsmouth before joining QPR and had a loan spell at Salisbury City in 2009.
He made his league debut for Neil Warnock's in April against Watford.
