The 19-year-old winger has signed a month-long loan deal at the Gulls, who are six points adrift at the bottom of League Two with 12 games remaining.

John is yet to make a senior appearance for the Addicks after coming through the youth system at The Valley.

However, he has gained first-team experience from a loan spell at Brighton earlier this season, when he made six appearances.
