Torquay boss Lubos Kubik hopes that bringing in new players will help to heal a rift in the dressing room and through other areas of the club. Kubik has admitted some players are not happy with something at Plainmoor.
"In the last couple of weeks I have had some talks with the players," Kubik told BBC Radio Devon.
"But they have not given me any idea of whether we at the club are doing anything wrong but there is something here that is not right."
Kubik hopes that the signings of midfielder Nick McKoy and striker Jamal Easter on loan from Cardiff City last week will help resolve the problems at Plainmoor.
