Torquay boss Paul Buckle has added to his new-look squad with the signings of experienced midfielder Chris Hargreaves and defender Chris Robertson. Robertson, 21, has agreed a permanent deal with the Gulls after finishing last season at Plainmoor on loan from Sheffield United.
Ex-Plymouth midfielder Hargreaves joins Torquay after leaving Conference rivals Oxford at the end of last season.
The 35-year-old has made more than 550 career league and cup appearances.
