Torquay have signed Oxford midfielder Lee Mansell for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old, who can also play at right-back, will join the Gulls for training on Thursday after agreeing a two-year deal at Plainmoor.
He made 51 league and cup appearances for Oxford last season, after joining from Luton in the summer of 2005.
"Lee is just the sort of lad we need - he has tremendous energy and is a box-to-box player," manager Ian Atkins told Torquay's website.
