Swindon Town's Scott Cuthbert ready for busy schedule
Cuthbert joined Swindon from Celtic in July 2009
Stand-in Swindon skipper Scott Cuthbert believes a busy Christmas schedule will be a good test of their character.
The Robins, who are 17th in League One, face five fixtures in 17 days starting with Saturday's visit of Tranmere.
Cuthbert told BBC Wiltshire: "It's going to be very tough, we've got a couple of tricky away games. It's going to be a huge test of character.
"We've been through it all last season, we had tests of character and came out on top at the end."
Cuthbert, who will wear the captain's armband for the next three games in the absence of suspended midfielder Jonathan Douglas, is sure Swindon will cope with the hectic period and hopes they can draw on the experience of last year's run to the play-offs.
"I still feel very confident," he added. "Everyone is frustrated but we need to keep having that belief that we're going to start picking up that consistency and we're going to start winning games week-in, week-out.
