Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson says he wants to boost his side's attacking options when the January transfer window opens.
The Robins have scored 24 goals in 19 League One games this season after selling last season's 32-goal top scorer Simon Cox to West Brom in July.
Wilson told BBC Wiltshire: "I think we've got to identify the areas where we're possibly not doing as well.
"And again, that comes back to scoring goals," he added.
Billy Paynter is Swindon's current leading scorer, with nine in all competitions this season.
And Wilson suggested that he has already identified potential targets to bolster his side's goal power.
"We're trying to line things up so that we're not fighting with anybody [when the transfer window opens]," he said.
"They could be loans, they could be permanents. We'll have to wait and see."
Wilson also confirmed that he does have the option to sign Alan Sheehan permanently.
The left-sided player is currently on a month's loan from Leeds and has played in all three games since arriving at the County Ground.
But Wilson refused to be drawn on whether Sheehan would be staying when his loan period ended, adding: "I think he is still settling down.
"He's got to understand where we want him to play and I think that's a bit strange from the position he normally plays.
"But he's got very good qualities - great delivery of the ball, good positional sense and he'll get better. You forget sometimes, but he's only 22."
