Swindon Town boss Dennis Wise has been named as League Two's manager of the month for August. The Robins had a perfect 100% record in their five league games during August, enjoying wins over Hartlepool, Barnet, Rochdale, Darlington and Stockport.
They also lost on penalties to League One side Brentford in the Carling Cup.
Other contenders for the award were Peterborough boss Keith Alexander, Milton Keynes Dons manager Martin Allen and Walsall boss Richard Money.
Swindon have offered striker Fola Onibuje, 22, has been offered a contract until the end of the season. The former Cambridge man had joined the Robins in the summer, and had initially penned a three-month deal.
