Swindon boss Dennis Wise says the demands of being manager mean that he will not be fit enough to play in the first few matches of the season. Wise told BBC Radio Swindon: "There was so much that we needed to do, and we wanted to go through so much with the players that you can't train properly.
"It's impossible to be fit although I've joined in a couple of sessions, but for me it's nowhere near enough.
"I probably need about two weeks worth of good work, and then I'll be ready."
