Swansea striker Stephen Dobbie was on loan at Blackpool last season

Stephen Dobbie scored the only goal of an entertaining pre-season game at the Liberty Stadium as Swansea City saw off Cheltenham Town.

Swansea hit the woodwork three times in the first half-hour through an Ashley Williams header, plus two stinging drives from Nathan Dyer and Dobbie.

Cheltenham's JJ Meligan forced Dorus de Vries into a good save after half-time.

Dobbie produced a fine flick and finish to finally break through, with Dave Cotterill and Dyer also going close.
