Swansea have completed the signing of defender Albert Serran from Espanyol for 80,000.
Spaniard Serran, 23, has completed a long-term deal at the Liberty Stadium after being freed by his La Liga club.
"Albert is perfect for the British game. He is a committed and aggressive defender," said Swans manager Roberto Martinez.
Serran's arrival makes him the fourth former Espanyol player to arrive at the club.
Ex-Espanyol defender, Argentine full-back Federico Bessone, also joined the Swans over the weekend while Guillem Bauza and loan-signing Jordi Gomez also used to play for the Spanish club.
