Fulham's combative midfielder Matty Collins will complete his move to League One side Swansea City on 1 July. The 21-year-old, who was brought up in Merthyr Tydfil, has been training at the Liberty Stadium and has been given a two-year deal by the Swans.
Collins made 12 appearances for the Fulham reserves last season but failed to break into the first team during his two seasons at the Premiership club.
He has represented Wales at Under-17 and Under-19 levels.
