Owain Tudur Jones will be out for at least two months |
Swansea will be without Owain Tudur Jones for at least two months, because of a damaged medial knee ligament. The midfielder was carried off in the draw at Swindon on New Year's Eve.
Striker Lee Trundle, who limped off in the same game, isn't expected to play again until next month because of sprained ankle ligaments.
That has seen Swans boss Kenny Jackett up his search for a new striker, with Rochdale's Grant Holt and Rory Fallon of Swindon firm targets.
Also in the frame is Bath City wing Andy Sandell, who was on trial at the Liberty Stadium earlier this season.
Bath City boss John Relish confirmed he has been contacted by Jackett.
But Bath would prefer to see a deal where Swansea buy Sandell and then loan the player back to The Romans for the remainder of the season.
