Sunderland manager Ricky Sbragia says he has signings in mind to strengthen his squad in January's transfer window.
Sbragia, 52, who was confirmed as the club's manager before Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Everton, is also keen to recall some of the club's loan players.
"We have identified a player we want," he told BBC Radio Newcastle.
"We also have to consider the loan players. Michael Chopra's loan spell comes to an end on the 29 December and he will give us another body."

"If we miss a few players then it does affect the team but the squad itself should be big enough to take that," he said.
