Stoke have completed the signing of Crystal Palace defender Leon Cort on an initial two-month loan deal. The deal for the 28-year-old is expected to be made permanent in January after both clubs agreed a fee.
Pulis told the club website: "Leon is a great signing and brings more quality to the squad. He will add depth to the team and I am delighted."
Cort becomes Potters boss Tony Pulis's second signing in 24 hours following the loan capture of Danny Pugh.
