Hull City striker Jon Parkin has joined Championship side Stoke in a deal that could be worth �500,000, report BBC Radio Humberside. The 25-year-old, who scored three goals in six games during a loan spell with the Potters, signed a three-year deal with Stoke paying �250,000 up front. The initial figure paid could rise after an unspecified number of goals and appearances. Stoke beat league rivals Cardiff to Parkin's signature.
