Stoke boss Tony Pulis admitted he is keen to sign Lee Hendrie on a permanent deal after he masterminded a crushing 5-0 victory over Norwich. He said: "He's a smashing kid and I would love to have him. We all know about his ability but his attitude and application has been brilliant.
"The way the players are all working for each other shows we are moving quite quickly in the right direction.
"There was a lot of running of the ball that certainly didn't go unnoticed."
