League Two side Stockport County have added Dave Kevan to the coaching staff at Edgeley Park.
The 42-year-old was first-team coach at Stoke and has taken temporary charge of both Stoke City and Notts County.
He was sacked as Notts County assistant manager in October, along with manager Craig Short, after a disappointing start to the season.
County currently sit in 20th in League Two just three points above the relegation places.
