John Ruddy insists that his Stockport County team-mates have the right blend to win promotion from League Two.
"There's a great blend of athleticism, composure, goal scoring and defending," the on-loan County keeper told Pure 107.8FM.
The 21-year-old, who is in a second loan spell from Everton, reckons that the men from Edgeley Park have made huge progress in the last 18 months.
"They were very good last year, but seem to have improved no end," he said.
"Gary Dicker has come in, Tommy Rowe has stepped up and Liam Dickinson is scoring for fun.
"It's a fantastic mix for a young side. The future is bright if they can keep hold of the players.
"We were disappointed to lose to MK Dons, especially after Hereford lost to Peterborough.
"But we will bounce back and have got a big game at Barnet.
"There is still a belief that we can go on and finish in third place and, if not, we'll go up through the play-offs."
