| Stockport have signed midfielder Gary Dicker from Irish club University College Dublin (UCD) for �40,000, and has signed a three-year contract. Dicker, 21, spent six months on loan at Birmingham City from UCD last season. "I played a lot of games at Birmingham and we won the reserve league," he told the Hatters' website. "I could have stayed there, but I didn't want to sit around the reserves. I want to play first-team football so this is a great move for me."
