Stockport defender Rob Clare has agreed a new deal to keep him at Edgley Park until June 2008. Clare, 24, has made 74 appearances for the Hatters since rejoining the club from Blackpool two years ago.
Boss Jim Gannon is continuing to hold talks with with striker Tes Bramble and midfielder Damien Allen, whose contracts expire this summer.
Keith Briggs and Michael Bowler have also been offered short-term deals as they recover from injury.
