Striker Liam Dickinson has signed a contract extension that will keep him at Stockport until July 2008. The 20-year-old's current deal expires at the end of this season, with Wigan and several Championship clubs monitoring the situation.
Dickinson told Stockport's website: "I was aware of interest from other clubs but I'm happy where I am.
"My main aim now is to stay in the team, carry on scoring and help County move further up the table."
