Stirling Albion chairman Peter McKenzie has announced his intention to step down from his role and sell his majority shareholding in the club.
The 81-year-old came close to selling his stake to a consortium last year before the deal fell through.
Stirling's sole financier is now hoping to sell the club to a party which can make the team full-time once again.
"The time has come for an injection of young blood and enthusiasm," McKenzie told the Stirling Observer.
