Stevenage director Mick Every has resigned from the club's board.
Every has been on the board of the Blue Square Premier club since 2002 and was influential in setting up the club's school of excellence.
Chairman Phil Wallace told the club website: "He's not been to a game this season for personal reasons. We've not had a lot of contact since May.
"He has wished us well and I hope we will continue to see him and his family at the Boro in the coming months."
