Jennison Myrie-Williams was released by Dundee United in the summer

St Johnstone have signed forward Jennison Myrie-Williams on a short-term deal until January.

Myrie-Williams, 22, was released in the summer by Dundee United, whom he joined on a two-year deal last June.

The former England U-18 international, who can play in midfield or as a striker, started his career with Bristol City.

He made 17 appearances for United, but only managed to score twice during his time at Tannadice.
