Coyle said his side were sharp in attack against Motherwell |
St Johnstone boss Owen Coyle praised his players following the 2-1 Scottish Cup quarter-final win over Motherwell. "Obviously we're very pleased," said Coyle after the Fir Park victory. "We had a scary five minutes at 2-1, but we always looked a threat going forward.
"We're not saying we are the 'bee's knees', but we have great camaraderie and we've got two or three players who can play a bit.
"We're (in the last four) on merit and we'll give it everything we've got."
Coyle joked that Celtic, Hibernian and Dunfermline would probably want to draw St Johntsone in the semi-finals.
But he added: "We have a half-decent team and we'll just need to see where that takes us."
