Oldham goalkeeper Terry Smith has joined Southport on a month's loan. Smith is included in Port's squad for the trip to Stevenage on Tuesday night as they look to try and climb off the bottom of the table.
The 19-year-old has made two substitute appearances for Oldham this season but has slipped down the pecking order following Alan Blayney's signing.
Port boss Peter Davenport is expected to add further to his squad in the next few days.
