Southend United manager Steve Tilson has admitted his players' heads dropped in the second half of the defeat by Leyton Orient.
United slipped to their third straight defeat as the O's scored twice in the second half to clinch a 4-2 victory in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Tilson told BBC Essex: "We dominated the first half and could have gone in one or two to the good.
"In the second half and our heads dropped after their third goal."
