Southend manager Steve Tilson has put strikers Matt Harrold, Richie Foran and Charlie MacDonald on the transfer list.

The trio have been told they can leave Roots Hall following talks with Tilson earlier this week.

Tilson told the club website: "They have found it hard to get into the team during their time with us.

"I explained that it would be hard for them to get into the team next season and we all agreed it would be best if they went to play elsewhere."
