Belgium Under-18 international Franck Moussa has pledged his future to Southend by putting pen to paper on a professional deal at Roots Hall. Moussa has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract to keep him at the club until the summer of 2009.
Shrimpers boss Steve Tilson believes the midfielder, 17, has a bright future ahead of him.
He told the club website: "Franck has enormous potential, and his attitude on and off the pitch is spot on."
