Southampton have recalled striker Dexter Blackstock from his loan spell with Championship rivals Derby. The 19-year-old was midway through his second month on loan at Pride Park and found the net three times for Phil Brown's side.
The extension of his initial one-month loan deal included a 24-hour recall clause which Saints have now invoked.
Blackstock's return boosts Saints' attacking options ahead of the Boxing Day trip to Watford.
