Shrewsbury Town have extended Wolves midfielder David Davis's loan until the end of the season.
Shrews boss Graham Turner signed Davis, 19, on a one-month loan in January and he has made seven appearances.
"David wants to stay here, I've spoken to Mick McCarthy at Wolves and he's willing to let him stay," Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire.
Davis has yet to play for the Wolves first team, but has played 13 loan games at Walsall and Darlington.
