West Bromwich Albion have agreed to extend goalkeeper Luke Daniels's loan at Shrewsbury for a month - and possibly for the rest of the season.
The Baggies will decide by the end of January, but Shrews boss Paul Simpson expects Daniels to stay until May.
"Luke is a good young keeper, and I think he will benefit from staying with us," Simpson told the club website.
Shrews keeper Scott Bevan's loan move to Torquay will now officially become permanent on New Year's Day.
Bevan will then be allowed to play in their FA Cup third round tie with Blackpool two days later.
