AFC Telford United have set up an FA Cup first round clash with League One side Southend after beating Northwich Victoria 3-0 on Tuesday night.

The game had to be played at the Victoria Stadium for a second time after Saturday's original tie was abandoned due to power failure.

Lee Moore opened the scoring on 16 minutes while Andy Brown doubled the lead before half-time with a penalty.

Moore scored again on 68 minutes before missing a late spot-kick.

Midfielder Steve Jagielka told BBC Radio Shropshire: "That was one of my best results in a Telford shirt."

Telford host Southend United at the New Bucks Head in their first round tie on Saturday 8 November.
