Dave Hibbert scored Town's second goal against Gillingham

Shrewsbury Town boss Paul Simpson said striker Dave Hibbert is in fine form after scoring in Saturday's 7-0 victory against Gillingham.

Simpson told BBC Radio Shropshire: "Hibbert played one of his best games while I've been at the club."

"It's what I want, everyone's chipping in and want to be involved."

Hibbert scored Shrewsbury's second goal as Town equalled their record league win from 1955, six different players having found the net.

Fellow striker Richard Walker is back in training after a hamstring strain but it is too early to say if he is fit to return at Chester on Sunday.
