Liverpool teenager Jimmy Ryan has completed his move to Shrewsbury Town on a month's loan. Shrews boss Gary Peters signed the midfielder, 18, after he impressed during a pre-season trial spell with the League Two side.
Ryan is added to Shrewsbury's squad for their Carling Cup tie against Colchester United on Tuesday night.
Peters face a number of injury doubts and Ryan will increase his options for the tie at the New Meadow Stadium.
