Sheffield Wednesday boss Alan Irvine has been named the Championship's manager of the month for January.
Irvine only took over at Hillsborough at the start of the month and led the Owls to four wins from five games.
Cardiff manager Dave Jones, Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies and Nigel Adkins, of Scunthorpe, were also shortlisted for the award.
The League One prize went to Norwich manager Paul Lambert, with Ian Sampson of Northampton winning in League Two.
Lambert led the Canaries to six straight wins during a month which saw them overhaul Leeds at the top of the table.
And Sampson saw his Cobblers side go through January unbeaten, winning three and drawing two of their five games.
