Sheffield Wednesday have extended midfielder Adam Bolder's loan spell from QPR until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old initially joined the Owls in an emergency loan deal at the start of February and has started eight games for Brian Laws' side.

Bolder joined Rangers from Derby in January 2007 and started the current campaign as the London club's captain.

But he is among several players to have fallen out of favour since Luigi De Canio took over as QPR boss.
