Sheffield United defender Matt Kilgallon is a massive doubt for Friday night's Steel City derby.
The 25-year-old is suffering from a chest infection and missed the Blades' 3-2 defeat by Coventry on Tuesday.
United boss Kevin Blackwell told BBC Radio Sheffield that Kilgallon is unwell and could miss the match against Sheffield Wednesday.
"Matt has a severe chest infection and so he is back home and we will wait and see," he said.
