Hull City have accepted a �100,000 offer for winger Kevin Ellison from Scunthorpe United. Ellison, who has a year to run on his existing contract with the Tigers, must now decide whether to drop down a division to move to Glanford Park.
The 27-year-old joined Hull in January 2005 but has struggled to hold down a regular starting place.
Meanwhile, City boss Peter Taylor has confirmed an interest in Barnsley midfielder Stephen McPhail.
