Scarborough defender Colin Cryan has become the fifth player to turn down a new contract at the McCain Stadium. The former Irish Under-21 international is set to sign for Lincoln City - who also look likely to land Scarborough captain Scott Kerr.
However, Boro chairman Malcolm Reynolds insists they do want a fee for Kerr, and says they are prepared to go to an FA Tribunal to fight their case.
Cryan, 24, was at Sheffield United but was released in June 2004.
