Rushden & Diamonds have signed 22-year-old goalkeeper Simon Evans on non-contract terms.
Evans, who was released by Dorchester Town in January, featured for Diamonds in Wednesday's 2-0 loss to Brackley in the Northamptonshire Senior Cup.
He started his career at Weymouth and joined Dorchester in 2006, where he played 46 times before returning to the Terras three years later.
Dorchester then re-signed the shot stopper 12 months ago.
